Delicious chocolate brownies with walnuts, made with cake flour for Passover.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup shortening or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup potato starch
1/4 cup cake flour (for Passover)
Directions:

Chop nuts in blender.

Cream next 2 ingredients.

Add the remaining items.

Spread in a greased 8x8 pan and top with nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes 16 squares.
