Q: How do I obtain warranty service?
A: Your warranty varies depending on model. Most Sunbeam® Warming Products carry a five year limited warranty. In order to obtain warranty service, please use the Product Registration or Contact Us form.

Q: How long does it take to repair the in-warranty warming products?
A: Warming product repairs usually take 3 weeks to be completely processed. The following information is a breakdown of time to help you predict when you can expect to receive your repaired product.

• Week 1 is when you mail your product to our service station.
• Week 2 is when we work on repairing your product.
• Week 3 is when your product is shipped back to you.
