Q: How do I clean my Sunbeam® Warming Product?
A: Sunbeam® Warming Products are 100% washing machine and dryer safe. If you prefer, it may be hand washed and line dried. Follow the "Use and Care" instructions. Or, for more detailed instructions, please refer to your User Manual.

Q: How can I minimize shedding of the fabric of my warming product?
A: Washing is recommended prior to first use of your warming product. Please follow easy care instructions on the label or in the User Manual.

Q: When is it time to purchase a new Sunbeam® Warming Product?
A: As with most products, normal wear and the availability of newer, more advanced products, determine when a new product should be purchased. The effects of normal wear and tear and multiple wash cycles will eventually change the insulating characteristics of the product. As a rule of thumb, you should replace your product at least every five years.
