If the light illuminates with water still in the unit, try the following: Unplug the humidifier and take off the motor housing. Look for a plastic bobber inside. Wiggle it because it may be a little tight. Put the motor housing back on and turn the unit on. |
| How often should I clean my humidifier? | Cleaning times for humidifiers vary: When used continuously, clean after 48 to 72 hours of operation. When used occasionally, drain, rinse and dry thoroughly after every use. Clean periodically to remove mineral deposits. Always clean before and after long periods of storage. |
| Why isn't my humidifier producing mist even though the water tank is full? | Here are a few possible causes: Unit is not on a level surface. There are mineral deposits on nebulizer or sensor. Water tank had been washed with a detergent. |
